Born and raised on stunning Vancouver Island, Chad feels a deep gratitude for his roots and the opportunities they've afforded him. Before discovering his true calling as a real estate professional, he explored various fields that enriched his experience and perspective. Chad spent his university summers riding as a professional mountain biker, before transitioning into the oil and gas sector, and later taking on a role in finance management.
Chad’s journey into real estate began long before he became a REALTOR®. He gained invaluable insights into home ownership and investment by purchasing, renovating, managing, and developing a diverse portfolio of income-generating properties across the Greater Victoria area. This hands-on experience ignited his passion for real estate, prompting him to dedicate himself fully to the industry.
